I used to get them a lot. I heard that it is common to be allergic to Sodium Laurel Sulfate which is found in most toothpastes. This allergy causes one's mouth to dry out and that causes canker sores. I began using Rembrandt Canker Sore toothpaste and have pretty much eliminated canker sores.

Hi. My name is shane and I figured I better hit the introductions board before posting elsewhere. I am 31. I weight approx. 150lbs / 70kg. I have been vegan for 12 yrs. I have been seriously lifting for almost 3 yrs. Hopefully I have a lot to share and a lot I can learn on here.
