Hopefully in the middle of June
I've got about 3 months to do all the things, the most annoying is to sell/get rid of all my stuff. I moved in an empty house so everything in it is mine. And believe me I've got a lot Never been a fan of student lifestyle, so I was making my self a nice cosy home to live, and now I feel sorry for that
First lesson - never buy CDs, DVDs, books Itunes and ebooks is the answer Gosh, I've got loads of them, spent so much money and now what?
I hope I will learn a lesson to not complicate my life with the THINGS!
I always wanted to be a traveller, so let's do it again
-
Oh, that what it is. I couldn't say if I'm having any cheat meals coz I never eat same, one day more, another less, depends on what I'm doing etc.
My weekend's been okay so far, met some friends in town in the morning, and now just finished watching the second season of Game of Thrones, I want mooooooooore
How's yours, apart from eating?
-
what's the cheat meal?
-
I know! I'm going to be jealous for myself if I'm gonna do it
Basic planning done, now need to start actions
I skipped gym this morning, woke up only at 10 (and my first class was at 9!)
-
no plans this weekend except for sitting around seeing how much i can eat everyday
good luck with that
-
Another shitty day, but I think my life is going to get some right motivation soon - planning to love to Tenerife! So after I finish all the planning and to do lists, I will start thinking about all those beautiful beaches and hopefully that will make me loose my appetite and make me wanna exercise more Yay!
-
Well done, Mr Bear! I should follow your good example and do some cardio as well. But feeling so unmotivated these days.
-
Well you haven't said you wanted any! Sorry!
-
yeh man beaches all round here i can see them from my house, and can walk to 4 of them in about 4-5mins
Can I come for a visit?
You guys are so lucky to live by the sea! I live just in the middle of the land! At least one hour and half drive to the nearest beach.
Mike, and where did you get your 10 hens??
-
Chocolates gone, Mike Yeah, I normally have banana, but didn't have any ripe today!
Made me sick I can't really watch videos like that.

-
What pets do you have??
No, I've never been there before, I'm not even sure if they had it before. Anyway it looks as it should be good, more than a hundred different stalls, workshops, etc. I'm really looking forward to it.
-
P.s. you're not that far, you should come to Northern Vegan Festival in Manchester next month!
-
I googled where you live. Is that an island? Looks kind of... uninhabited
Oh how do you manage to wake up so early?? I got up last week 5.50 to go for a run... but just ONCE
-
Oh, what a day
Been forcing my self to go the gym and for first half an hour was still thinking that I should go home. Never happened before!
Anyway, 30min of Cxworks and 55min of Bodycombat done today.
By the way, what do you eat after workouts? Something that doesn't need cooking? I come home late, around 8ish, sometimes 8.30.

It was sunny here in between too I live in West Yorkshire, Huddersfield Where about in Wales you are?
I think the same thing with caffeine is for me. I just don't want to give up sometimes It's like the dessert and even perfect breakfast for me I'd rather have some latte than a cake And I could easily survive on coffee with soy or almond milk for few days I used to do kinda detox with coffee
Alcohol I'm a friend and I LOVE wine and don't mind if it has to make me act bit funny... I don't mind being funny, my friends and even strangers enjoy that a lot too But it's not an addiction. I have even few bottles of red and white wine in my bedroom (! ) but it doesn't bother me, I think I didn't have any for weeks now.
So yeah, I think I don't have any stronger addictions beyond caffeine. Well I can't think of any at the moment!
Both pasta and bread makes me feel like a balloon, even if I only eat wholegrain. And it makes me crave for more, so I'd rather not buy any bread at all and I have pasta dish once a week or two. I have Wheat Belly in one of my book stacks, might be helpful if I read Coz I realised the most effective way to change something is to have and know the right INFORMATION!

Summer??? It's been snowing here today
No, I'm not, my diet is maybe about 80% raw, I eat raw most of the day - fruits/smoothies for breakfast, salads for lunch and I have some cooked meal for dinner, but not every day. And bit moooore messy during the weekend
I'd love eat more raw, but as you say it might be bit tricky when it's cold. And I crave for some bread or pasta once in a while and I hate it Oh and one more thing - coffee I go off and on, and always finish with an ON I'm thinking even to buy Caffeine Blues (book!!! oh yeah ) coz I hate when food/drinks control me. I have to be the one to control them!!!!!!!!!
Do you have any legal addictions?
-
monday - chest day chest, triceps and forearms. starting cardio in the morning again tomoro.
well done! What do you do for cardio?
-
Well I don't really know much about sport's ethics in nowadays but it's still cheating as long as it's not legal.
Ah, I will probably not like John McDougall then if he's a cooked food advocate
-
Welcome and good luck
-
Yeah, I bring my own soy or almond milk to work as well
P.s. plants may even suicide, as you can see in this video So be more conscious
-
Oh and how do you feel after Mr Armstrong made his confessions? I've never been in to cycling (well apart from when I was maybe 13-14 and won the first place in road cycling in my town ) so never really followed him, but still I was bit shocked. Did he wrote those books himself?
I'm reading 80/10/10 at the moment and I'm living it!! I'm becoming such a health freak
Never heard of John McDougall, will have to check him out

Good day, folks!!!
Such wonderful news for Europe - starting today any cosmetics product or ingredient that is tested on animals can't be sold in the European Union!
Oh the recipe of this chocolate is easy peasy: virgin cacao butter, raw cacao powder and coconut palm sugar/agave syrup or any sweetener you prefer I used 90g of butter, 60g of cacao and some agave syrup. And few drops of almond essence. You can add nuts, seeds, anything you like. Just need to be careful while melting cacao butter if you want have your chocolate raw

Preordered!! I don't know why I didn't think about amazon before, thank you!!!
Is your dad a photographer or just into?
Well I love travel photography, portraits, event photography. You can check my fb page, it's been abandoned for a while though... https://www.facebook.com/PettomaPhotography
What books about nutrition do you read?
Oh btw about McKenna, you get a CD of hypnosis with his books, so one night I said okay, I'll give it a go (even if I was soooo sceptic and actually been against any kind of hypnosis all my life). So one night before sleeping I put my headphones on and started listening. It made me laugh at the beginning, I was laughing at my self actually. But then I started listening to the talking and that flowing water sounds and then the next minute I was crying, don't really know why and at the end I fell asleep, but he woke me up at the end of the tape didn't like that experience.
