  1. I am having the same problem now. need preotine but not so much on the carbs, if you find answers please let me know
  2. I compete and i am new to this so i am worried about getting in enough protien without all the carbs i welcome all suggestions thanks
  3. I am just recently changing. as of now i compete so my worry is the protein. di=uring my last weeks in prep i am tatking in up around 185 g with 110g carbs. so my question is how you get enough without the carbs also other sources and does anyone else have this issue. thank you christie B
