  1. I changed my vote from me to ecopunk hehe. ecopunk you look like you could be related to Chris Avalon (game designer).
  2. I can't grow any facial hair at the moment, as I have to maintain the professional illusion, but here are a few from earlier on in the year (travelling Asia) http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d11/gentduke/2-3.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d11/gentduke/tash.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d11/gentduke/IMG_2324.jpg http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d11/gentduke/IMG_1903.jpg There are a bunch more facial hair related photos on my beard chronicles blog: http://rupee3naans.wordpress.com/2008/12/01/the-beard-chronicles/
  3. Wooh I just randomly read this, I wouldnt disprespect the man. I hate Elvis imperinators because they think they are the man, when clearly they are not. Sorry no chest or back hair, I was born to be metro sexual lol. I have done undead Elvis before at holloween: http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d11/gentduke/elvis-1.jpg I actualy went as undead Jimi hendrix but I borrowed th wig and glasses for a while: http://i32.photobucket.com/albums/d11/gentduke/jimi.jpg We walked thorugh Paddington station attention whoring our selves to thousands of people, I wailed on my toy guitar all the way though... awesome. For those following the London meet here is the thread. http://www.veganfitness.net/forum/viewtopic.php?t=6131&start=210
  4. Cutting is going realy well I might have something good to show off next week VF.net represent.
  5. I love the way these fitness gurus market there stuff. SCT = A form of Isometrics, its nothing new. There is an old school book with the same philosophy on iron mind, I own it and it quite sweet. The only difference being isometrics are performed throughout the whole range of movement. This kind of training is good for building the ends of your muscles: were as concentric and eccentric focuses more on the belly. I perform isometrics on occasion, its part of every MA'a regime as well as bodybuilders (posing in the mirror is isometric training)
  6. I totaly forgot about this for a time, I have put on 5KG since the start in mostly lean gains, I am cutting right now. I dont expect to win as I look the same as usual right now, but lets see how I look a few pounds of fat lighter. Good luck everyone, stay positive.
  7. Just read this and did actualy cry, very sad.
  8. Im down man, ile try and get some pics ASAP. I posted this on VF.net as well BTW.
  9. No. I get my fats from peanut butter and olive oil mostly (and assorted seeds, nuts). In the past, supplementing with EFAs has caused my skin to break out. That was awhile ago, though. ~ Adrienne Deffinetly try flax, olive oil has no O3's and peanut butter has negliable amounts, and the amount of O6 to 3 would cancel that out as a source anyway. Putting flax seed in with a morning fruit smoothey or sprinkling on cereal is the best way ive found, try easeing your self into it to prevent skin break outs. Four spoon fulls is wat I am on at the moment I would sugest starting on 1 and working your way up. While im here cut back on your intake of omega 6 i.e. olive oil in order to see the benifits of O3's the ratio should be 1 to 3 of 3 to 6 or less 6.
  10. Yeah that exercise takes your neck out of its naturalt range of motion and could damage some of your discs.
  11. Hey LGB great to see you over here, for those who dont read VF.net LGB is quite the all round athlete.
  12. Ime not an expert but from the education I recieved at uni, I can say that exercise hyper extends your neck! "dont do it baby".
  13. Good luck my man, you and Topher are truly awesome guys.
  14. abb board hyper extension combos are hard to get hold of, plus if you plan on doing weighted hypers then most combos cant handle to much weight. I had a abb board but the resistence soon becomes to low, if you going to get one; you may as well get one that can go to a very high incline. I think body solid do one like that. I got tired of doing weighted inclines and bought some gravity boots a few months back, ive never looked back.
  15. Na mate, it awesom. I have tried at all angles, its totaly stable. There just enough width to get easy shoulder blade motion and the padding makes a hell of a difference.
