Guest Posted September 3, 2006 Share Posted September 3, 2006 meat eaters barely get any more creatine than vegans...one serving of creatine powder can only be equalled by eating something like 50 servings of steak. So creatine isn't found much more in a meat eater than a vegan...if meat eaters want extra they need to supplement not eat more meat...same goes for vegans. Anyway I got a lot of gains on creatine when I was younger and stopped taking it when I went vegan and my maxes ballooned...I'm gonna try taking it again in a few months to see how I react but I don't think I need it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
