WOW

I just went on a run (i dont usually run) but it just felt SO EASY! I went for 20 minutes and it felt like a walk in the park. I usually feel like im working really hard when i run. i was going up and down hills all around my campus and WOW I feel amazing. I've only been vegan for a couple months or so. have any of you felt that working out has been EASIER since going vegan?

go lioness! when i initially went vegan, i became a junk food vegan so I got lovely fat and lazy - but, now that i am a healthy vegan, I've noticed how quickly i recover and how fast i've been able to "up" my routine - with regards to adding weights, adding distance to my walks, etc...

 

that's really awesome that running felt great to you today! congrats!
