I said it before though on the submission thread and i'll say it again, Paulcats02, SIIIIIIIICK! All that training obviously has turned your calves into weapons on their own. BUT Veginator, extremely impressive. My eye popped out of my head when I saw your calves and i'm sure your proud of them and you should be as you have excellent development! As well as stated before jaleel = striation city love it. RC, think your 'forearm guitar' may have some serious comp here; if we can figure out how to strum a calf and call it an instrument. Perhaps on of those huge stringed instruments. What do they call them, the ones with the point on the bottom that you have to hold and balance, lot of jazz bands I believe have one, i think? veginator Posted September 1, 2008 Share Posted September 1, 2008 I voted for paulcats because his upper calves were by far the most developed and defined, and, well, it would just be bad manners to vote for myself as long as somebody besides me was willing to vote for me! I'd have liked to see photos showing off a wider variety of calf muscles from both paulcats and the rest of us. What stands out varies a lot depending on the pose and the angle (or at least that's what I find). I didn't expect to get as many votes as I did because, although I've been running, biking, or playing sports quite consistently since about March, I've only been lifting on a regular schedule (i.e., at least once or twice a week for each body part) since about mid-June. I guess my calves are probably my best feature, although other areas are coming along slowly! I'd like to see calf pics from Robert, octopussoir, dv, or others who've been working out consistently for longer than most of the rest of us. Thanks! oh dear, i won! i'd like to thank everybody who voted for my calves, those who didn't, and, most of all, everybody on this forum, especially robert, for providing and nurturing this community where we vegan bodybuilding & fitness folks can be who we are, with each other! my fellow contestants: Veginator's got the diesel width that i had back in 2004 when i was 30lbs of muscle heavier and won the crazy calves contest, i wouldn't want to calve wrestle him! jaleel's calves and veins poppin' are definitely impressive, are they always like that or does that only happen after he works out and gets a pump is the question . i really like them because they look shredded where mines are more implant looking. Lean and Green has a mean pair of calves, too, plus he's got the overall body symetry (where i am pretty much a freak... but in a good way) .
