Jason
My goal is to loose all or at least most of my excess bodyfat by July 1stI'm guessing about 50 pounds or 4-5 inchesThis is how I will do it: Clean diet and lots of treadmill miles.Try to ride the treadmill at least 10 hours per week. There will be a little weight training as well. My Diet:Mostly Veggies and Fruits, some nuts and seeds.Greens Smoothies and Fresh Juice.4 quarts of fluids per day, either juice or filtered water. My Goal:To wear my Levi 501 jeans that I still have from Hi School. Edited January 19, 2009 by Jason

Im Your Man
Hey that's great ! For how long you want to do the juicing and diet ? Juicing is great but whole foods too. A diet consisting of only raw fruits and greens is to me the healthiest and best way to lose weight. Eat enough to have energy for training. You can read Lean & Green journal and mine, we did a diet of juicing a few weeks ago.
offense74
Aside from the obvious ones (carrots, beets, apples) I like to juice kohlrabbi, brussel sprouts, broccoli, rutabaga, turnips, among other things. I've tried onions and garlic too and it was nasty. I think you can have a little of them though. I hear people are juicing sprouts too.

I want to make it that wayAfter I bought my juicer I used it for a while, then it did more dust collecting that actual juicing

thendanisays
hey jason! Do you find that as you lose weight you get hungrier??? that is happening to me as we speak! What do you do about it?
Jason
Hi Dani,Actually I don't feel hungrier.Probably because I eat healthier when I'm trying to shed the fat.I don't count calories, just eliminate the bad and eat as much of the good as I want.I need to keep these better habits during the rest of my life.It is too easy for me to fall back to my old bad habits.I'm an old dog trying to learn some new tricks. I really need to keep adding more veggies into my diet. Now I'm going to buy some carrots and make 1/2 gallon of juice for tonight.Carrots, apples and beets.
