Motivation to work out... what motivates you...

I love fitness, I love health and nutrition but I often struggle to be consistent with the gym. I either find to much todthings to do and between work and errands I end up missing the opportunity to go. Even then sometimes I just sit at home look at some of my weights and go yeah let me search a good fitness idea online and I don't end up working out at all. I guess it could be lazyness or just lack of motivation but I am mentally motivated but not physically. When it comes to go out and go breakdance out at a club I usually don't mind doing that. Just want to be consistent with weigth trainning. How do you stay consistent. Specially when results take forever.

 

Advice would be great!
