RAINRA Posted September 22, 2008 Share Posted September 22, 2008 I love fitness, I love health and nutrition but I often struggle to be consistent with the gym. I either find to much todthings to do and between work and errands I end up missing the opportunity to go. Even then sometimes I just sit at home look at some of my weights and go yeah let me search a good fitness idea online and I don't end up working out at all. I guess it could be lazyness or just lack of motivation but I am mentally motivated but not physically. When it comes to go out and go breakdance out at a club I usually don't mind doing that. Just want to be consistent with weigth trainning. How do you stay consistent. Specially when results take forever. Advice would be great! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
