Yep, I've read the about the Thrive Diet. Also read up on the PH Miracle, The Warrior Diet, Fit for Life and Lean for Life.

The best results in my opinion I have seen/read about are from the PH Miracle for health & fitness used by Ultramarathon runner Stu Mittleman and Lean for Life for Leanness used by Clarence Bass.

Also from this website the results of a Vegan diet produce excellent health & fitness results as well.
