pudha
After careful consideration, I've decided that I need to put on more mass. I'm currently taking in about 2400 calories a day which is not enough I feel. I'm finding it difficult to pack on muscle. I'm thinking of getting Prolab N-Large Weight Gainer. Any thoughts on this?? Any help guys! Thanks
chrisjs
Methinks it's not vegan. Mass gainers aren't anything magical. Just eat more.

I thought if a shake could help me with that, I'd consider it.

Just try to up your caloric intake slowly, gradualy or/and choose more calorie-dense foods and split your eating to 5-6 smaller meals rather than 3 big ones. I found it to be simply impossible to take in much calories with eating just 3 meals a day.
tuc
Eat nuts. Just 100g a day is easy to eat and you'll get ~600 kcal more! Also, use more oil when you cook.
