sosso Posted April 16, 2009 Author Share Posted April 16, 2009 I made some more today, following the same recipe, but added some nutmeg, cinnamon and grated apple. 1 cup rice protein and peanut butter http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v52/essjayyell/IMG_0857.jpg 1 cup oats, blended http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v52/essjayyell/IMG_0856.jpg 3 small apples, grated with a very fine grater http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v52/essjayyell/IMG_0860.jpg Mix all that together and it should look like this http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v52/essjayyell/IMG_0861.jpg Put it in a tray http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v52/essjayyell/IMG_0863.jpg Spread it out and push some raisins or sultanas into it if you like http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v52/essjayyell/IMG_0864.jpg Stick it in the freezer for a while, cut the bars and you're done.
