I lost 60lbs. I wrote what I did here:

More veggies, more beans, lay off the sugar treats but once a day.

 

Read what CandyFlip did in the before and after section.

 

Tonight's dinner 1 can of washed chickpeas, 4 cups of greens, 2 tablespoons light balsamic dressing (Newman's Own), 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast.

 

That is a lot of protein, fiber, and greens. I also use black eyed peas and others. Here's a recipe here for lentil burgers, loads of protein, fiber, nutrition:

Hope you reach your goals for weight-loss; this forum is ideal for this and for goals in general. Follow the diet advices written above and also change your lifestyle so that you are always busy with creative activities, spending time doing what you like, find new passions, spend time outside, lots of sunshine, lots of sleep and rest, read books, take care of yourself and invest time in learning more about yourself with spiritual activites such as meditation or yoga. I think if you eliminate stress it becomes easier to lose weight.

THANKS EVERYONE! I"VE BEEN WATCHING WHAT I EAT HOWEVER THE CRAVINGS FOR SUGAR AND CHIPS IS MAKING ME CRAZY.

 

I BOUGHT A GREEN DRINK CALLED sOURCE OF LIFE ENERGY SHAKE

 

I LOVE IT I JUST ADD BANANA, ICE AND WATER IT HAS A GRANOLA FLAVOR HAS ANYONE HEARD OF TRIED THIS?

 

SINCE I CAN'T HAVE POPCORN I'LL PRETEND

great that you mentioned all of the above. I lost a lot of weight then gained it back because my life was still crazy and I did not learn how to manage my diet. Now I am losing it the healthy way. I have gotten tons of good advice on here.
