TTstinger
Hello my name is Toran I am 28 and vegan. I am looking for any getting started advice, I don't want to be the next Arny or anything but would like to tone up and add some mass. I don't really have the money for trainers or that. I would say I eat on the healthier side of the vegan diet, not your quorn and other processed crap end. any help greatly accepted.

Octopussoir
Yep I second that. Online training journals give you what we do on a daily/weekly basis. xxJRHxx
I have to agree with all the replies. I found what works for me may not work well for you. So, experiment and have fun! The only one advice that I would suggest is fall deeply in love with SQUATS! I know they are on the last to do list but they are really important for growth. Wishing you great success! Kenxvx
I find that one of the best things to do is to research the training logs like people have suggested but also find something you like to do. If you are doing yoga 3 time a week because you read that it gets the results you're looking for but you hate yoga, you're much less likely to stick to it. Just feel it out, find what you like, and don't forget to eat!
