blueduckxx
Anyone else notice that vegans in general can eat a LOT more, quantity wise, then omnivores?
Mrs.Hassett06
I know I eat a lot more LOL, my hubby is vegetarian and he can house anything. Hes a total garbage gut. I go for quality over quanity, I FINALLY learned how to stop eating when I am full. Maybe its because we arent all backed up trying to digest difficult things. Sorry thats a bunch of rambling. jungleinthefrunk
I can eat a lot but its only cause I burn about 1300 calories a day exercising. otherwise I'd be a complete wideload.
goob
Vegans generally eat less fat than non vegans. This means they will on average eat a larger quantity of food than non-vegans to get the same calories. One gram of fat is 9 calories while 1 gram of carbohydrates or protein is 4 calories. You can work out a low volume high fat vegan diet if you want to limit the quantity of food you need to eat, but most people like to eat and prefer a diet that allows them to eat a lot.
