I'll get round to checking up on everyone's journals soon, just enjoying spending some family time today so probably won't be on that much until the start of the week. Mini Forklift Posted December 3, 2012 Author Share Posted December 3, 2012 Thanks guys, glad you liked the video + pics. I took Sunday and yesterday off, back to the gym tonight. Next couple of weeks will just be instinctive training, nothing too full on and just resetting my body. I'll be easing back into using knee wraps and my squat suit as I'll be using them for the next meet in April. Squat numbers should jump up to 300+ fairly fast I would have thought haha.
