I'm getting married this coming weekend so it was as good an excuse as any for strongman. First there was some powerlifting indoors which I didn't take part in. But then we went to the park for log of strongman. A chap called Deckerz from VF lining up a 106kg log press. I seemed to take to it quite well This is me having powercleaned both the 40kg KBs.
