MontanaVegan
I've decided to go raw like several others recently here at VBB.com100% will be a challenge, soymilk will be difficult to give up.The fruit smoothie I'm having right now just isn't the same without soymilk and peanut butter._Raven_ has a great thread on various nut milks, but mine never turned out edible. Certain veggies like broccoli are difficult to eat without dipping.I've been making my own "ranch" with soymilk and veganaise.I'll also need to find a good raw salad dressing, I'm sure my current one isn't. So far 100% raw for day 1It's too bad my choices for organic are slim up here in Montana
Bigbwii
I'm sure others will offer help too.. My advice is to eat your favourite fruits first and foremost then research into some great raw vegan gourmet recipes...they are great for transitioning....you can make some great raw foods and you'll hardly miss cooked stuff.... check out this link... http://www.living-foods.com/recipes/

jjaj2022
Yay Montana! I recently went raw a few months ago and the best advice I have is eat whatever you want, as much as you want, as often as you want, as long as it's raw. If you don't like broccoli don't eat it. When you eat things you don't like, you don't want to eat them, so just eat stuff you like. If all you feel like eating is watermelon all day, do it. Please pm me with any questions you may have. I do have a great raw ranch dressing that I can share. Ranch Dressing½ cup lemon juice1 tablespoon sea salt1 tablespoon rosemary1 tablespoon oregano1 tablespoon sage1 cup raw macadamia nuts1/3 cup cold pressed olive oil1-2 green onion chutes Blend ingredients in food processor. May need to add water to obtain desired consistency. (I use a little less lemon juice, sea salt and sage)

Odidnetne
Smoothies can be done if you squeeze your own orange juice for the base. OJ works incredibly well like that, or just use the nut milks you made for the smoothie base.

I do about 24oz of watermelon, one bag of Whole Foods brand frozen berry mix, 2 bananas, pineapple and half of an apple. Yum!

Raw Oatmeal Smoothie 1 cup raw oats2 cups water2 bananas1 apple - I used Gala, that's all they had at the health food store.1 cup raisins10 frozen strawberries I don't know how to describe the flavor.Must have been pretty good, all of it went up the straw. For the rest of the day I had 2 more apples, couple handfuls of raisins, and 1 banana. No veggies today, I'll need to change that.
