Gym hater Posted September 2, 2006 Share Posted September 2, 2006 I just arrived in the USAfor college. I went to one of those big American supermarkets and was looking for vitamin supplements. They had a lot of different supplements, but it seemed that none of them where vegan. I checked the label of some, and they all had gelatin in them. Of course, I'm sure his store has some cool stuff too. I hung out with him again recently, just a couple of weeks ago. I asked the woman who owns mine about vegan shampoo and vitamins and she helped me out right away. If not, veganessentials. I get my protein from them, very fast processing.
