Yeah It wasn't pretty and it was my first effort since I started my core mission...You have no idea how huge this is for me on a personal level! I'm stoked - been eating almost all raw, and tons of fruit. You inspired me to reach higher. Then my wife did 5 seconds! That really stoked me, we're both going to do this excercise a lot. Thanks! I'm not sure if my form was right (I don't even know what proper form is exactly for an L-seat)?
