Ani Phyo, Founder of Smart Monkey foods was in town this week for a book signing for her newest book ani's raw food kitchen www.aniphyo.com She lived with me for nearly 2 months back in January/February of this year and then moved to California. Ani was in town for a book signing and we got a chance to hang out again. I was very pleased to hear that she sold more than 10,000 books in just the first two weeks it was out! I got re-motivated to get back to work on my own book projects. So here are a few photos.
