Ingredients: 1 avocado1 tbsp olive oil3 cups spinach1 carrot- shredded1/2 cup cucumber1/2 cup celeryhandful of alfalfa sprouts1 tomato1 cup broccoli1 tbsp dulse1 can garbanzo beans1/5 block tofu 41 grams protein48 g fatSo many vitamins and minerals it's basically a multivitamin!
