I bring you...the 1100 Calorie Salad!

 

 

 

It looks small in that photo, but I assure you it was not. Lots of stuff hidden under the GREEN.

 

Ingredients:

 

1 avocado

1 tbsp olive oil

3 cups spinach

1 carrot- shredded

1/2 cup cucumber

1/2 cup celery

handful of alfalfa sprouts

1 tomato

1 cup broccoli

1 tbsp dulse

1 can garbanzo beans

1/5 block tofu

 

 

41 grams protein

48 g fat

So many vitamins and minerals it's basically a multivitamin!

 

 

 

Oh, and DV... I'll have you know, my Omega 3:Omega 6 ratio is still less than 1:2 and close to 1:1

It looks absolutely yummy... but, a whole can of garbanzos? How long did it take you to eat?

 

Not long.

 

Ask odidnetne, 1 can of garbanzos is lightweight for me.

 

I've done 4 cans at once before I actually cared about my health that much.

1 can in that salad is a minor topping for him.
