Raw brownies:1 cup dates1 cup nuts1/4-1/3 cup cocoawater as needed Process in food processor and add a bit of water (1-2 tbsp) if necessary to process fully. Press in pan and refrigerate (if it makes it into the fridge)> Holy CRAP this is good - tastes exactly like gooey brownie dough I am using this for a pie crust - filling to be determined. CollegeB Posted September 3, 2006 Share Posted September 3, 2006 A filling i liked is coconut and banana. Buy the whole coconut and bust it open. There are probably better methods to take out all the white stuff but i just used a screwdriver. You can wedge it between the cocnut and th shell then pry out big chunks.
