Dinner was 1 plate mashed potatoes with lots of chickpeas mashed trough it, carrots and peas and a big vegan burger. Now drinking 0.5 l of water.
I was reading through your journal, kudos to you for having such dedication to keep up your log, you must be doing great with all the training that you do!I'm doing pretty well, thank you. VBB keeps me motivated

Dinner will be a big whole wheat sandwich with lots of veggies and a yofu/garlic dressing.

1 bowl of rice with spinach and red beans with a delicious soy/herb sauce
1 big tofu burger

Dinner was:
1 bowl of selery/garden chervil soup
1 plate half boiled potatoes, half leek/onion
1 big bulgur/tomato flavoured burger
140g corn
0.5 litres water

Had 2 plates of whole wheat spaghetti bolognaise and 0.5 litres of water.
I'll have a pear later on this evening.

mashed potatoes
1 big bulgur / tomato flavoured burger
1 large portion of brussels chicory with fresh baked onion and a delicious soy sauce
0.5 litres of water
maybe i have an apple and a soy yoghurt before bedtime

For lunch i had:
3 slices of whole wheat bread
1 bowl of carot / ginger soup
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 glass of fresh orange/ lemon juice
leftover from the green salad with beetroot, tomatoes and benniseeds, added corn also today
soy yoghurt / peanutbutter / olive oil / herb dressing

i'm starting low on the pushups because i haven't done any in a long time and i don't want to be sore tomorrow.
goal is to do 100 pushups by the end of January and then building up and maintaining from there.
just had dinner:

200g marinated seitan

About 30 minutes after my run training i had:
1 bowl of parsnip/green apple soup with crushed walnuts
baked potatoes with a green salad, roasted pine nuts and home made soy yoghurt/honey/musterd dressing
soy yoghurt with pomegranate
0.5 litres of water
