  1. i went fruity before i knew what a vegan was and being a big meat head making fun of rabbit food eating vegetarians. i never heard about it i just tasted some fruit when i was chronically dehydrated and said, "wow this is so good, so hydrating, i can tell my body needs it. i bet i could live off of it" - lightbulb!, and now its been almost 3 years...

i think its been easy for me because a) no one told me i couldn't and b) it was my own realization and original idea - not something someone told me i should do...

point is, limitations only work if you buy in to 'em.

  2. they say that because half the raw community is horribly terrified of fruit and sugar, and the higher glycemic load foods - but they consume a diet of 60-80% calories from fat, mixing that with high sugar foods causes havoc, candida, etc.

two choices in going raw, go high fat, low/no carb... or high carb, low fat...

  3. there is a big difference between mono meals and a mono day. if you ate mono meals but had 8 meals per day and ate seasonally.. that seems like an opportunity for some crazy variety over a year.

i grew up having a set dinner depending on the day of the week. fish sticks every monday and pepperoni pizza every friday, cherrios for breakfast everyday, etc. where was my variety?

  4. i have been recently thinking about leaving my computer job for something that won't require me to stare at this screen for 12-16 hours per day.

robert i noticed your testimony on the massage school's website that i was considering attending! (except the one in las vegas) i want something thats flexible and relaxed but fun and helping people, yet i still have to be able to support my family (no kids yet).

i already dropped out of university once and i don't really want to go back - most of my graduated buddies are flippin' burgers or making minimum wage and i don't want to spend another 3-4 years in school!

can you give me any advice and tell me if you would do it all over again? what kind of realistic money can be made, freshly certificated? any pros and cons? do men have a really tough time making it in this business?

i heard the MTs at bellagio make like $150k-$200k per year but that might just be hype! i don't need that kind of money just enough to live a modest life!

    thanks!
