  1. My friend and I decided we thought bjj was pretty cool, so we looked up moves on youtube. Since then we've both taken classes and gotten a lot better. It's fun and a good reason to stay in shape.
  2. Like mark said, don't do cardio and weights on the same day. But if you don't have time or whatnot, try to wait at least 4-5 hours between the two. 15 minutes of HIIT is more than enough, if you can do anymore than that you're not really doing it right. Good luck

  4. Just found this site today through google, and I'm loving it already. My name's Alex. I've been vegan for a little over three years now. I've been lifting for about a year. My goal is to gain a little weight and improve my martial arts through lifting, cardio, diet, etc. It's nice to see help with the diet part especially. It's hard for me to gain weight especially since I love running and probably don't eat as much as I should. Anyways that's all I can think of right now.
