Just found this site today through google, and I'm loving it already. My name's Alex. I've been vegan for a little over three years now. I've been lifting for about a year. My goal is to gain a little weight and improve my martial arts through lifting, cardio, diet, etc. It's nice to see help with the diet part especially. It's hard for me to gain weight especially since I love running and probably don't eat as much as I should. Anyways that's all I can think of right now.
