  5. Yeah, thanks! I was just asking because you were mentioning new pics, and I was hoping that perhaps you have been able to do a portrait of Gabe or the unknown athlete in this thread or to post new pics of yourself.
  6. Unfortunately, PMS do not seem change trough veganism. I had some improvements with pyrosis, when i was a omnivore and a ovo-lacto-vegetarien i often had pyrosis. This almost stopped when i began to eat vegan.

I always have the same shake for breakfast: 140 g of oatmeal 30 g of dried fruits (such as currants and cranberries) 25 g of soy protein (chocolate flavour) 15 g of rice protein 700 mL of rice milk (17 % rice) I divide this on in to portions, among with the second one i drink some good oil. That is indeed my personal calorie bomb (1400 ckal), since i am not a great eater. The rest of the day i eat pasta, rice, vegetables and always tofu.
