Richard
Yo, what are your aims for your diet?
michaelhobson
Could use more vegetables, but other than that it looks fine. Like Richard said, it depends on your goals. Is your soya milk fortified with vitamin B12? Most are here in the USA. If not, you might want to consider a supliment.
veggieprincess
Hey Dan!!! Other than the lack of leafy greens, you diet looks really healthy for a newbie Vegan. Well done!!!
Neven
Really great for a beginner. If I am You I would add some grounded flax seeds for omega 3 intake and decreased omega 6 - the nuts and added some dark leafy vegetables. As you might see it isn't so hard to be vegetarian.

Im Your Man
yeah like everybody said, more veggies. But not necessarily cooked! Because raw food is already too low in your diet, lack of fruits and greens. Easy way is to eat lots of whole fruits or fruit smoothie in the morning, before a "real" breakfast. And starting all meals with a green salad or green smootie.
DaN
Im your man, in honesty I kinda knew what you are saying but through laziness have not included enough fresh stuff... I will endevour to eat more greens!
Im Your Man
It's really normal at the beginning. When I started as a vegeterian and then vegan, both my diets were horrible, too much processed and cooked food, not enough of whole and fresh food. It's still like that sometimes.
