But then again look at what you're working with.... Finished my latest routine. Debuting progress shots, starting off here, perfect timing for this comp Pardon the skin discoloration; my skin peeled from tanning outdoors. Honestly, I have like the worst lat spread pose in the world. It is so poor. Even once I perfected all other poses to the best of my ability last time I needed to, this one always lagged. (Remember that I'm noting those who enter all or most contests and they will be rewarded for all their hard work, involvement, participation, consistency, support of these contests, etc.). I love all the participation. Starting these contests was one of the best things we've done in a long time around here! Now I just need to hold up my end and get you winners featured on the website. I may just pay Richard more and have him handle all of that stuff, if he's willing. I'm working 4 jobs and it's soooo tough on me, but I'm doing amazing things in cities all over North America. Future Posted June 19, 2008 Share Posted June 19, 2008 My traps came from my years as a powerlifter. But I love doing dumbell upright rows now as well. I will do a shrug variation too but I lean forward slightly and pull my traps up with my shoulders blades to get a stronger contraction of the entire muscle belly. My friend just left the room saying "Wa Wa Wa", I logged on and this was the first thread I checked... weird wild stuff. The only good thing I can think of about losing weight is that its summer and seeing a few more lines is nice... I'm so active at work right now that I'm expending way more calories than usual.
