What are your macros?

My protein sources:

 

-hemp protein powder

-vegetarian protein powder blend (hemp, soy, pea, rice)

-soy milk

-chicken

-eggs

-salmon

-turkey

-tuna

 

Obviously, I'm not vegan... I'm here as I'd like to incorporate more vegan options into my diet, contribute, and learn from others.

 

Presently, I'm not convinced that a fully vegan diet is possible for me based on my goals. There doesn't seem to be enough high protein, low carb/fat food options from a vegan diet. Soy products, hemp... anything else?
