J-Roc Posted June 5, 2009 Share Posted June 5, 2009 My protein sources: -hemp protein powder-vegetarian protein powder blend (hemp, soy, pea, rice)-soy milk-chicken-eggs-salmon-turkey-tuna Obviously, I'm not vegan... I'm here as I'd like to incorporate more vegan options into my diet, contribute, and learn from others. Presently, I'm not convinced that a fully vegan diet is possible for me based on my goals. There doesn't seem to be enough high protein, low carb/fat food options from a vegan diet. Soy products, hemp... anything else? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
