before starting a strict diet i recommend FULL BODY CLEANSE. intestine, liver, colon, etc and finish it off with probiotics. once u do that you can start a low carb low fat high protein diet, this will help u maintain lean mass and burn fat

let me ask u something, why arent u eating grains, and pastas? are u allergic to them or just want to say u dont eat them even though u get no bad reactions from them? not everybody needs to stay away from gluten

whats up! my training? well i just came back from shoulder injury i took 7 months off and went from 180lbs to 155lbs so im pretty much starting again. i do mainly heavy lifting and hit for cardio.

160g protein 70g fat 300g carbs(mainly complex) =2470 calories try this ill guaranteed it works. just make sure you're hitting the weights hard (HEAVY lifting) you might considered looking into WORKOUT routines

ima have to disagree on the protein intake. in my opinion high protein intake its a key factor to muscle gains
