Nice pics so far, everyone

 

Ruz, well, you can edit the foods that are in the database, so that they would correspond what you actually eat (if the soymilk you use is lower in carbs - just edit it) and you can also create your own entries (just calculate how many calories, how much protein, carbs and fats, minerals and vitamins the dish in question contains, input all those values into a "new food" and call it "crambled tofu with broccoli and ground flaxseeds" or whatever it is), so you do not need to type everything every single time. But hey, if you don't like it - that's fine, just find something that works for you

 

Wow..I didn't realise! Well I downloaded fitday pc this morning and spent the whole afternoon inputting values of things i commonly eat..so I can't face doing it all again at the mo

I left my camera at home and only have access to my camera on my phone. I will have an actual camera for future contests.

thanks.

my trainning now is been dips, push-ups, pullups, (occasional free weights) and just started on the navy seals fitness video. Damn that stuff is hard.

Do you have a link to that video? I'm just curious.

While i'd rather not enter since i'm running the comp, I want to generate interest and encourage others to both compete and participate. If for some reason I win, which I don't expect to, I will donate to 'International Justice Mission'; a fight against human trafficking. A dollar for each person that competes Keep in mind that hold true for each winner in both categories in case you didn't see that in the first post.

 

Not pumped and not trained in a month and with a nice layer of bodyfat on the guns from all the post comp eating.... YB! Man I need to start training again....

I'll take better ones on 7th June when I come back from a sporting event, hopefully a bit tanned.

 

This one is just in case I won't miss any comps! On sunday I won't take pics with biceps COLD (as in this pic)... but HEAVILY PUMPED! Wait for it!

I-ve never been that slim...but dude..you should take advantage of that fact! Put concentration curls first in your routine and work with a drop series, this will give your Bi-s more peak in no time at all and will look excellent on your arms!

Yeah, I saw you mention that somewhere else on the board and I've been doing exactly that. I love drop sets! Nothing has ever worked out my biceps as well as they have. The first time was really tough though, and I couldn't straighten my arms for a few days due to the soreness

 

Last night it was a little easier than the first time though.

You should check it out because each training routine is only effective for a limited time, as I-m sure you know.

I being doing the shoulder workout from the same site and its amazing!
