robert Posted June 2, 2005 Share Posted June 2, 2005 I agree with the others. You are filling out already, adding mass, getting a fuller look, more of that "V" shape and just thicker in general. Thanks for posting the pics. I'll post some of my before and after as well for a longer period of time so you can see what is possible when you stick with it for a few years. robert Posted June 2, 2005 Share Posted June 2, 2005 I'm at work and showed my friend some before and after pics. He thought Hero's (Topher's) were totally awesome. They are posted here too, in another category, but not sure which one. When you get a chance, check them out. He is the man, and totally awesome. He's done a lot of work with his physique over the years........and as he'll admit, and write about, he has a great set of genetics for most muscle groups.
