katz
Wow, your fit test numbers are great! I am on week 6 right now, I need to update my thread. You are a machine, lol - doing all that hybrid work with P90X & Yoga, etc. What are your goals? Are you beating it like this for a marathon or something? I haven't read your whole thread, sorry. Great progress - you must really have a high motivation level!

You are a machine, lol - doing all that hybrid work with P90X & Yoga, etc. Thanks!! Haven't done P90X yet, but I will in combo with Insanity starting next Monday. What are your goals? Are you beating it like this for a marathon or something? I haven't read your whole thread, sorry. My goals are to fit into the rest of my clothing and eventually get certification as a fitness trainer. Just have to save up for it! Am helping out others in the meantime as a Beachbody coach and loving it. Great progress - you must really have a high motivation level! Thank you so much! And yeah, I do! I once lost 100 lbs and gained some of it back when I went inactive, and now I'm trying to lose it and get back down to where I was but looking far healthier. BlueRose
Yesterday: P90X Chest & Back, Insanity Cardio Abs Today: Plyometric Cardio Circuit It is amazing how much more energy I have when I exercise. I HATED taking that much time off. By the end, I was exhausted all the time and no amount of sleep would help.

I just DOVE into it, I hadn't been exercising as hard cause the Dublin trip threw me off my game and needed a good kick in the rear.
jbrickzin
power jumping and push ups are definitely my weak points..My way of thinking was to get fit enough to do this but then it dawned on me the best way to get fit is to plug away on it by doing Insanity..It isn't going to be pretty and i may spend much of the workout screaming mercy but hey I can only get better by doing it and sticking to it... Switch Kicks: 90Power Jacks: 32Power Knees: 61Power Jumps: 24Globe Jumps: 11Suicide Jumps: 10Push-Up Jacks: 9Low Plank Oblique:

BlueRose
Monday: Chest and Back, Ab Ripper XTuesday: Pure Cardio Tonight is Shoulders and Arms, and am doing the Cardio Abs along with Legs and Back on Fri. I had to fight allergies from hell, so I switched around the Ab Ripper X with the Cardio Abs for this week in order to reduce the cardio until I could get some recovery and sleep in plus get allergy shots and Zycam. katz
"Very cool! Go you on those power knees--I HATE that exercise, lol" I used to hate that one, but I have grown to like it now. I do them like Tonya - something like 10-15 at a shot then take a quick 3-5 second rest, then another round of them.
BlueRose
I'M ALIVE! I had to double my dose of Zyrtec so I could continue the cardio given it's now intense allergy season on top of the cold, dry air (ugh!) but am now on week 3 of the program. I'm doing week 3 twice cause last week was insane. But I got to turn in two writing manuscripts, one of which had a deadline. Sunday:Yoga XMonday:Chest and Back, Ab Ripper XTuesday:Pure Cardio Tonight is Shoulders and Arms, and next week is recovery week. I originally had month 2 Insanity cardio but may switch out with month 1 depending on how I feel. Still bringing it and digging deeper!

BlueRose
Hey Robert! Glad to hear from ya. Yeah, I'm finally over ithe sinus infection from hell, but then went through unexpected job change crazy. Past few days was at a scifi/fantasy con, helped run a great panel there on diet and fitness. I plan to restart tomorrow.

BlueRose
Was wondering where you have been! Are you still doing P90X/INSANITY? How are your results? I spent an entire month and a half fighting the same sinus infection over and over again, am hoping to hop back into it this week now that I'm in a new job (got laid off on Wed, job offer on Fri).
