Yes, it was challenging post babies, but I think the secret for me was that I worked out until the end of all of my 3 pregnancies. I was blessed to have uncomplicated pregnancies and really tried to eat for 1 and a baby, not 2 people. I also jumped back in quickly w/ short at home workouts. Years ago I gave up meat, then eventually chicken, a few years later soy, then 2 years ago dairy, 8 months ago fish and eggs.. I have been vegan for about 6 months. My training schedule is 2 hours on Mondays/1 hour Tues~Wed~Thursday and 2 hours on Friday. I take Saturday and Sunday as rest days. Loving the last few weeks of my local farmers markets, today I bought a case of winter squash. =)Ready to start the week off tommorrow with a hard workout.
