robert Posted March 12, 2012 Share Posted March 12, 2012 After taking most of 2011 off from training due to multiple injuries (chest and abs) and a very busy travel and tour schedule, I made a return to training in November, 2011. I've been at it for 4 months now, injury-free for the most part and enjoying training a whole lot. Here are some photos from 6 weeks ago. I've added more muscle (and fat) since then. I know I post "Call it a comeback" every year and then end up hurt or change interests and pursue something else. No big annoucement this time, just having a lot of fun in the weight room. I still have a very long way to go just to get back to where I've been. It's good to know that you do this with injuries, I have a lot of stuff that holds me back physically and i'm sticking with it but the progress is just so, so slow.
