robert Posted May 3, 2012 Share Posted May 3, 2012 Good stuff. Back is looking solid. That is my favorite muscle group to train as well. Some people don't like training back because they can't "see" it being trained such as biceps in the mirror or arms, shoulders, chest, abs, legs, etc. in general, but back is just the most fun for me. pphelps Posted July 2, 2012 Author Share Posted July 2, 2012 it was skip Lacours bulking & cutting challenge 3 months bulking 3 months cutting, me and mattpb followed his style of training 4-6 reps and 20 minutes intense cardio , i only did cario once a day did about a week of two 20minute cardio sessions a day last week.love training like mass machine style.
