They are just of the upper body and I'm not tan, but you can get an idea of what I look like. I know I've been hiding out and people have been worried that I've been losing too much muscle because I haven't been sleeping much. I started sleeping more and I think it is helping. I feel like these are some of my best photos and when I flex sometimes I'm surprised because it doesn't even look like me Other times I don't feel as big or ripped, but I'm just trying to stay focused on the contest. It will be my first contest all alone. No friends or family are traveling with me, I'm just flying in to Oakland and I'll rely on others backstage to help me with last minute tanning and stuff like that. Of course I tan ahead of time but there are applications that are put on just before going on stage so I'll sort that out. I tend to get a bit nervous because I feel like I represent the whole vegan community when I get on stage so I always want to do a great job. After this year I'll take a 1 1/2 year break to get Bigger, but I'll enjoy the contests this year. Thanks again for the feedback, suggestions, and wishing me well. I compete a week from now.
