Creatine & Protein

I take me creatine before and after my workouts(ASAP)...also in the morning when I get up. As for protein I like to take it about an hour after a hard workout...as soon as I finish I workout I load with natural sugars...normally juice and a banana or two bananas...then an hour later I used to guzzle down 40+oz of a protein drink

Take creatine as a POST(after) supplement IMO.The general theory is to take it with sweet juices(sugars) cuz the creatine get's absorbed with the sugars easier into your muscle(muscualr glucose intake).

 

I mix creatine in my protein shake.Once a day...5 grams a day...also I mix glutamine in after heavy workouts.

 

Remeber it's creatine *monoHYDRATE*.Like dude said....drink at least a galloin a day....You'll feel like a million from that alone.
