Gorilla reloaded

Hi guys,

I hit a bit of a plateau in terms of adding size over the summer, but now I've started to lift heavy again, it feels really good: I feel bigger after every training session. I'm adding weight to all my lifts every week, and I can feel that this year, my third year of training with weights, I will get more proportion in my arms, shoulders and pecs, and develop all round.

Hey Flanders!

Yep I took those pics last night : ) - this is the beginning of a year of top quality training

I'm back in Oxford for my final year - doing the "Advanced German Translation" course this term : )

It's all good fun.

I've been eating as much as possible - even when I was 100% raw, I was pretty consistent - nicht vergessen zu essen ; )

Not sure exactly how many kilos I've put on, but I feel I'm making progress : )

Thanks for the feedback - I've got to get up to roid_rage's size on the arms, shoulders and pecs!

Maybe we will compete against each other some day

You look great man! I'm really liking all of this Vegan Muscle! There are lots of great vegan bodybuilders and vegan athletes out there and I'm really happy to see images and read about more and more of them all the time.

 

I know you've been on the forum for a long time and it's great to see you back here posting and looking really muscular!

 

We're re-doing the whole website and we'd love to feature you sometime!
