MontanaVegan
Jeremy and Jamie arrived in Billings late Thursday evening.Friday we made a trip to Red Lodge MT and then up the Beartooth Highway. We were disappointed that part of the road was still closed. Here is a few pictures Jeremy and Jamie at the first lookout point. Jamie thought it was cold. It was 37 and sunny.http://www.huetheronline.org/pottertrip/potter-lookout.jpg Jeremy and Jamie at the Welcome to Montana sign.We couldn't go any further, Wyoming was still plowing their side of the mountain.http://www.huetheronline.org/pottertrip/potter-border.jpg The mountain tops. They are miles away, it just doesn't seem like it in the picture.http://www.huetheronline.org/pottertrip/snowymountains.jpg The snowplows had recently been here.http://www.huetheronline.org/pottertrip/snowplowed.jpg Jeremy and Jamie on a bridge over the Rock Creek.http://www.huetheronline.org/pottertrip/potter-bridge.jpg Jeremy spotted this big rock that resembles a face.http://www.huetheronline.org/pottertrip/rockface.jpg Edited June 9, 2007 by MontanaVegan

Michelle
Very cool photos. I can't help but notice that there are several feet of snow on the ground and Potter is sitting there in a pair of shorts, smiling.
Guest
It was pretty darn cold up top considering its June. There was pretty much a 30 degree difference from top to bottom(maybe 20minutes of driving) and I've never felt anything like it.

MontanaVegan
Watch out Portland, Potter and Jamie left today at about noon. They will be there soon.He left me some of his pottery work. Very nice, thanks again. Jeremy was wondering what the altitude was: 10,974 feet.20 peaks in the Beartooth Mountain range are over 12,000 feet. Crash
Ummm, I have to ask, why are you wearing shorts and a t-shirt in the snow potter?
Guest
I didn't have anything else to wear...my legs didn't bother me all that much either...just arms and fingers.

loveliberate
Potter was just being shy - lots of folks do naked skiing & other nude fun in the snow. Awesome photos of a wonderful area by the way!
robert
Yeah, amazing backgrounds in these photos! Nude fun in the snow! Excellent! It reminds me of my early 20s when I was into nude anything! I even have two trophies from winning nude races when I was younger and still a runner. I was MVP of the "free-baller classic". Anyway, back to Montana. It is beautiful! I've been through a few times on x-country trips. If I'm out that way again, I know who to contact!
MontanaVegan
I was worried that Potter would show up in his Kale thong. If anybody ever comes through this neck of the woods, I would be glad to take them for a drive up the hill. But only in the summer, the road closes again in September, or whenever it snows again.
