Amazing. Pretty strong too for his size... 3.3lb dumbbells when he weighs in at 16lbs (they say 9kg, but then say 16lbs) is pretty decent. Thats equivelant to me (190lbs) putting 40lbs dumbbells. Now, if he can do 6, 7, or a 10lb dumbbell, now that would be cool.. maybe he needs more Gemma!

 

Speaking of which, I wonder what this guys diet consists of? If he was on my diet (3500 calories) at his body weight, he would only have to consume 300 total calories per day... 50 calories per meal! What the!?

 

50 calories

65% carbs = 8.1g

20% protein = 2.5g

15% fat = 0.8g

 

About 2 nuts or a cup of collards would fill this guy up.

It looks fake but I've taken photos that have looked fake too. As for his strength to weight ratio it really isn't that great. Its like someone 200lbs curling 45lbs...thats really just decent...and the shorter you get the easier things get.
