  6. 15/06/07 Rotary calf machine 40 kg 3 x 20 Squats 40kg 3 x 10 Lunges 16kg (dumbell in each hand) 2 x 8, 1 x 6 Calf Raise 62.5kg 2 x 20, 1 x 17 Stomach workout* 1 x 20, 1 x 10 *My friends crazy stomach workout, which warms up with 120 crunches. Then you do 5 sit ups and in between each one hold halfway with your arms out to your sides for 10 seconds. You have to have a straight back and I am informed that you can't do this with a weak or injured back. First set I did 4 x 5, second set 2 x 5.

  11. Loss of strength is probably due to erratic training and being in India for 3 weeks (where I lost about a stone in weight). Plus I don't think I've been eating enough.   18. When I was under-weight I had pretty bad circulation. But I started taking some Ginkgo root tablets (for about a month) and obviously gained weight and started exercising more and now it isn't a problem

  24. 21/04/07 So training in the hotel gym in India, it's okay but having to use machines (no idea what the actual weights are) and I don't think that there are enough free weights for my deadlift...also all the weights are in lbs! Leg press 160 3 x 10 Lunges 30lbs 2 x 8, 1 x 6 Wrist Curl 30lbs 3 x 8 Incline twist crunch 20,10 (the worst sit up board in the world) Jack knife sit ups 3 x 15 This killed my legs the next day! 24/04/07 Incline Chest Press 120 3 x 6 Dumbell Flys 40 lbs 3 x 8 Military Press 50 lbs 2 x 8, 1 x 7 Shoulder Press 30 3 x 8 Skullcrusher 50 lbs 8, 2 x 10 Someone from the hotel came and spotted me for my skullcrusher after the first rep which was interesting, managed to squeeze out more reps and could feel it in my muscles afterwards.
  25. A bottle container of some form that has a section for storing powder (e.g. protein powder etc) and then another section for storing liquid (e.g. juice or water) and then when you need it you can mix the two together?
