  1. I've been waiting for this topic. I have about a 5 to 1 ratio on my housemate. The more I eat the more I fart. Probably due to beans and soy. It is fine at home, a little harder when you are out and about...
  2. yeah I don't think I am going deep enough. I was trying to work on this last week and I am getting closer to parrallel every time. Oh and football for 1 hr 20 again. Gym tomorrow.
  3. Best TV show going! Hugh Laurie doing an awful American accent, "Billy" from Neighbours, diseases you can't even pronounce let alone have ever heard of before...makes me smile and laugh everytime I watch it. Anyone else a fan?

  5. I'm in. I'll take photos and send in my weight closer to the 1st of Jan, as I am gaining a couple of pounds each week. I'll start a new log just for the contest too. Goals are of course increased weight and muscle size, but I will try to work out some specifics (might need some input so they are not too easy/hard)

Well apart from definitely filled in some of those big boney holes in the chest region, and well my back is bigger I think. My legs are a lot less 'fatty' too. There is a stone and half of weight gain hidden in there somewhere!

  25. 18/11/06 Football for 1 1/2 hours, pulled my groin I think... Then joined a gym...so my workout was a bit odd as I tried to work out what discs weighed what, and scratched my head as to what I was lifting at home...it didn't appear to be obvious. Bench Press 40kg 1 x 10, 50kg 1 x 4, 45kg 2 x 5 (not good, as I said I was getting used to what was what...next time I am going to use the Smith I think as I don't have a spotter.) Dead lift 50kg 2 x 6, 1 x 3 Calf Raises 50kg 3 x 12 Bicep curls 25kg 2 x 8, 1 x 4 (couldn't remember what I was lifting before and so was a bit off the mark, although it felt good...my form was good I think too as I had a mirror to check it) Crunches 45kg 1 x 8, 2 x 7 (using some odd crunch machine) V-ups 1 x 12, 2 x 10 (too much on the above? or just being lazy?)
