  1. I'm not just into power metal. I love almost all types of music. I love techno, freestyle, and some hip hop/rap songs. I love a lot of old school rap/pop songs. I love a lot of classical music as well. Ludwig van Beethoven was one of the greatest. I like a lot of music from video games as well. They have the best rythems, including electric guitars.
  2. Morning Cardio and some Parkour practice.
  3. Depends on your goals, If you add muscle and keep the same amount of body fat your overall body fat percentage goes down becasue the fat will be spread over more total mass. I think you should keep your diet clean like you probably are to get that lean and just up the lifting and you'll look really cut once you add more mass. or if you don't care about size and just want to be really lean drop 5-10 pounds of fat Well I guess I could use just a little bit of muscle mass. I might do the first option. I have always been told not to go below 6%.
  4. Oh I see. I will have to agree with you that Crimson Thunder is by far in my opinion their greatest album. The first song I ever heard from them was "Riders of the Storm." Sabaton is another great band. I love their song "Primo Victoria."
  5. I heard that Cottonseed oil can lower your sperm count. I know, sounds like a foolish question, but is this true?
  6. So you're saying if I drop my percentage a little lower I should see some results? Or if I increase my muscle mass just a little bit, I should see some better results?
  7. 3) Water weight is also another thing consider. I really don't see myself becoming a competative Bodybuilder. Although I guess during the winter I could use that time of the year to build a small bit of mass. I'll just slightly increase my energy (caloric load). That should help right? Keep in mind I use to be overweight. I'd say I'm probably more of a Mesomorph. Therefore I have to keep it just right. Growing up I was slightly overweight.
  8. All depends on what your goals are. Right now i'd guess your in the 12-14 pecent body fat range. So if you got down to say 8 percent with that amount of muscle you'll be really lean but it will be more skinny then cut. I think if you gained say another 10 pounds of muscle and dropped 5-10 pounds of fat you'll be shredded. If strength is your main goal size comes along with that I did get my skin caliper tested a while ago, I think it said 7.8%. Of course there were two factors to consider. 1) Skin Caliper is not the most accurate. 2) It was done during class. (I'm trying to get my exercise and health science Certificate)
  9. Awesome! So I suppose you've heard of bands like Stormwarrior, Amon Amarth, Stratovarius, Power Quest, Dragonforce, etc? BTW are you Asatru?
  10. Thank! Are you suggesting I do a bulk? I really don't plan to get huge, I just want to get lean and cut. Strength is my main concern as of late, as well as flexibilty, cardiovascular, etc. I'm actually taking classes with Dr. Wayne Westcott. I know he's not Vegan, but he knows his stuff.

  12. I grew up wityh this band and have all their albums and one of their single albums. Their music style is intense and their lyrics are epic. In fact no words can really describe them. Has anyone else heard of them, know of their music, or any other music similar to them? Here's their song Bring the Hammer Down
  13. Morning Cardio and then some stretching later on.
  14. Morning Cardio and an intense Hung Gar class.
  15. Awesome well put. Does anyone know of Fist of the North Star (Hokuto no Ken)? This guy Kenshiro has become one of my favorites as well. http://makieism.dasaku.net/wp-content/uploads/2008/01/kenshiro_pic2.jpg I could could go on for pages about my favorite fictional heroes/heroines. However there's only one female heroine who I admire, that comes to mind, and that's Cutey Honey. http://www.cjas.org/~bchow/gonagai/cuteyhoney/images/chftitle.jpg
  16. Only if you want to. I feel you on that....really I do. If I really had to choose I would definetly choose Captain America. He represents everything that America truly is. He is an inpiration to the true America way. I love this line from the Civil War series http://i68.photobucket.com/albums/i39/Ryofire/th_4500_89446783428_506848428_1977843_.jpg "Doesn't matter what the press says. Doesn't matter what the politicians or the mobs say. Doesn't matter if the whole country decides that something wrong is right. This nation was founded on one principle above all else: the requirement that we we stand up for what we believe, no matter the odds or the consequences. When the mob and the press and the whole world tell you to move, your job is to plant yourself like a tree beside the river of truth, and to tell the whole world....no you move." -Steve Rogers a.k.a Captain America.
