  3. Backlash sites are abundant. I just take them as a sign that an impact is being made and it's all they can do to strike back.
  4. Welcome VeggieGuy. I hope you find this forum as useful as I have.
  5. I've seen them live at a house show in Portland. Very great outspoken band that really helped push the Vegan Message. They'll be missed. We still have Tears Of Gaia, Cherem, etc.
  6. I've actually called on the Wheat Thins before and they said it's plant based. There are also Wheattes that Hain Celestial makes. Fellow Wheat thin addict, Steve
  7. Most stuff is listed on my myspace. http://www.myspace.com/schimelpfenig a lot of the stuff goes fast as i usually only get a copy or two. Thanks.
  8. Sea Shepherd, Coalition To Abolish Animal Testing, Compassion Over Killing, NW VEG, Lighthouse Farm Sanctuary, SHAC 7 Support.
  9. They have the best booklets of anyone i've seen. I've left them on seats of the city bus and people actually do pick them up and take them. It's a cheap way to really change peoples minds.
  10. My son loves the Vegan bars I believe made by mary lou's in Mcminnville, Oregon. Food fight sells them. Vega bars are really good and not as sweet tasting as many clif bars. I prefer them.
  11. Hi everyone. I have been running a small scale mailorder/distribution that sells mainly independent and hardcore punk music and zines. All items are donated from bands, labels, zine publishers, etc. All proceeds after postage costs are donated to animal rights groups. I've raised and donated $440.00 so far and it continues to grow. A list of items currently available can be obtained from:[email protected] I'm always seeking more music, and zines. I'm open to all styles, but mainly hardcore punk and independent is what my purchasing base is seeking. Please spread the word. Thanks. Steve
  12. Long live Vegan Straight Edge!!
  13. Hi my name is Steve i'm fairly new to the forum. I'm 38 and live in Vancouver, Washington. I enjoy bike riding, cooking, gardening, moderate weight lifting, hardcore music, and playing with my 5 year old son at the park. I've been Vegetarian about 14 years all together and went VEGAN in August of '06. The meal plans on this site really helped me prepare to go full-on VEGAN. Look forward to meeting some new people on here.
