  1. I'M ALIVE! I had to double my dose of Zyrtec so I could continue the cardio given it's now intense allergy season on top of the cold, dry air (ugh!) but am now on week 3 of the program. I'm doing week 3 twice cause last week was insane. But I got to turn in two writing manuscripts, one of which had a deadline. Sunday: Yoga X Monday: Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X Tuesday: Pure Cardio Tonight is Shoulders and Arms, and next week is recovery week. I originally had month 2 Insanity cardio but may switch out with month 1 depending on how I feel. Still bringing it and digging deeper!
  2. I would like to do that, but there aren't enough available hours in my day for all that working out! Nah, it's not so bad! You just switch out the P90X cardio for the Insanity cardio.
  3. Monday: Chest and Back, Ab Ripper X Tuesday: Pure Cardio Tonight is Shoulders and Arms, and am doing the Cardio Abs along with Legs and Back on Fri. I had to fight allergies from hell, so I switched around the Ab Ripper X with the Cardio Abs for this week in order to reduce the cardio until I could get some recovery and sleep in plus get allergy shots and Zycam.
  4. Very cool! Go you on those power knees--I HATE that exercise, lol
  5. I did this program for the full round and am now doing a hybrid of it and P90X. WTG on the progress!!!
  6. w00t! How did it go? I just DOVE into it, I hadn't been exercising as hard cause the Dublin trip threw me off my game and needed a good kick in the rear.
  7. Oh yeah, happily doing some exercises with 15 but others with 20lb dumbbells. Aw yeah.
  8. Yesterday: P90X Chest & Back, Insanity Cardio Abs Today: Plyometric Cardio Circuit It is amazing how much more energy I have when I exercise. I HATED taking that much time off. By the end, I was exhausted all the time and no amount of sleep would help.
  9. I have renamed! And I start the P90X/Insanity hybrid tonight. w000000t
  10. Thanks!! Haven't done P90X yet, but I will in combo with Insanity starting next Monday. My goals are to fit into the rest of my clothing and eventually get certification as a fitness trainer. Just have to save up for it! Am helping out others in the meantime as a Beachbody coach and loving it. Thank you so much! And yeah, I do! I once lost 100 lbs and gained some of it back when I went inactive, and now I'm trying to lose it and get back down to where I was but looking far healthier.

  14. Ooh! I never thought to combine those two! I still have some vanilla chai but had it for months on end and got bored. But I never get sick of chocolate.
  15. Max Interval Cardio last night, Core Cardio and Balance this morning. And so...one week left until I finish the Insanity program. w00t!
  16. Given in the winter the sun doesn't come up around here until 7ish and it goes down around 4ish...and I work from 9-6...that's impossible. Water is my answer to everything! Well, not everything...but close enough!
  17. Did Max Recovery this morning. That workout is a BITCH. Also...ordered P90x.
  18. Quite welcome. I figured that was the case as nothing in your post screamed "troll" to me, and I've got pretty good trolldar. I swear by Daiya cheese and Sheese's garlic and herb cream cheese. Turning down dairy has been the hardest part about being vegan for me due to all of the yummy things that have dairy in them. But it's been very rewarding, and my body doesn't bitch about the milk protein anymore to boot.
  19. Tues: yoga in morning, Max Interval Plyo in evening Tonight is Max Cardio Conditioning and Cardio Abs. And...I'm starting my P90X/Insanity hybrid on Oct 11th. And yes the name of this journal will change AGAIN!
  20. so true. but internet is like that. and to the original post, just order vegan cheese online if you crave it so bad.once you have it you will be good for a few months. Daiya and Sheese are my favs. Try the garlic and herb Sheese cream cheese. I CANNOT live without it. Omfgs OM NOM NOM
  21. I've ordered--again! This time to take advantage of the discount and the Vega freebies. That and if I'm gonna cheat on my clean diet, it's gonna be on one of those Twilight bars...
  22. I'd rather get up a few times in the middle of the night to pee versus waking up feeling like death warmed up. The difference being hydrated in the morning has made me is AMAZING.
  23. I haven't, but I always thought I had issues with getting up in the morning for years. Then I started going back to my old habit of having water by my bedside and drinking it when I woke up. Apparently what I've attributed to lack of morning-ness was constant dehydration: waking up unable to open my eyes, dizzy, disoriented, feeling like crap...ugh.
  24. Fourth Fit Test results: Switch Kicks: 82 -> 122 -> 150 -> 150 (singles) Power Jacks: 43 -> 50 -> 56 -> 62 Power Knees: 77 -> 95 -> 97 -> 103 Power Jumps: 56 -> 59 -> 68 -> 71 Globe Jumps: 8 -> 10 -> 13 -> 14 Suicide Jumps: 14 -> 19 -> 21 -> 22 Push-Up Jacks: 12 -> 28 -> 40 -> 44 (modified) Low Plank Oblique: 75 -> 93 -> 108 -> 116 (singles) This morning was yoga, tonight is Max Interval Plyo.
