  1. IMO this is the best greens ever made.
  2. People who have guns for self-defense should definitely be prepared (mentally/emotionally & with proper training) to use it for that purpose. People should not be prepared to use a gun at all!!! Thanks for clarifying what you meant. I think I understand where you are coming from. The fact is that there are many people who DO own guns for self-defense and most likely always will. Since that is the case, they should be properly trained in the safe and effective use of those guns, as well as be prepared mentally, emotionally and otherwise for the effects of using their guns in self-defense. Although my own primary reason for owning guns, and I assume Darths as well, is for their defensive applications, it is worth noting that many people also own them for sporting or collecting reasons. I admit I enjoy shooting targets. I think it is actually alot of fun. Yes guns have a potential to be dangerous but most gun owners take that potential very seriously. You can enjoy shooting and have fun and be safe at the same time. loveliberate: I havent gone shooting in a long while, I need to order some ear and eye protection but once I do we should go to the range on regular basis. Believe me, I could use the practice.
  3. It is a step foreward and its better than nothing but in all reality the best thing wouldn't even be for us to treat animals well in the perfect world it would be to leave them alone all together. So really we wouldn't treat animals good or bad we just wouldn't treat them at all. that was exactly my point
  4. I think the important thing that needs to change is this idea that animals are here for our use. Humane treatment of animal is as much as issue for me as much as the idea that we have any right to use animals as we see fit in the first place.

  11. I grew up in so cal. I dont like it cold either. However 101 degrees is too damn hot with no AC in my house.
  12. In my opinion BJJ is the most practical. I mean 90% of fights go to the ground. And if someone takes you there its awesome to know what to do because in Jiu Jitsu you live on the ground. Greta work out too! 90% of fights may go to the ground, but BJJ isn't very practical outside of the ring. The last thing you want to do in a street fight is pull guard. HAHAHHAAHA. Kung fu eh? whatever you say. Just for the record, I don't do Kung Fu. I have recently started training in Muay Thai though. And I stand by my previous statement 100%, based on input from quite a few fighters and bouncers. Hmm well not to say ive been in alot of street fights or anything. But I have had my fair share. I have jumped to gaurd a number of times with no problems. Plus you can always clinch and then get an easy sweep. FYI I have beat up a couple bouncers jumping to gaurd. A head bouncer attacked me at a show, I ended up jumping to gaurd and almost breaking his arm. From what I heard he had trouble with that arm for months. So I stand by my previous statement 100% as well.
  13. If you take a food based pro biotic multi such as new chapters every man you dont need food.
  14. I hope all you oregonians stayed cool today. It is hotter than a mofo in my house right now.

  17. Im still a white belt. I still have some time before i think ill be at blue belt level. Hopefully not too long though. How long have you been training darth? 3 weeks. However I trained BJJ when I was 17 for 2 years. I was just about at blue belt level when I had to stop for financial reasons. I was 60 pounds lighter and much more flexible then. Bummer.
  18. hahahahaha. Well you made me chuckle either way. so props to you!
  19. yes. I have a serious hate for matt hughes always have. I just think hes a cocky annoying redneck. Not to mention one of the least technical fighters I have ever seen. He relies only on strength to win fights.
