And damn there's a huge separation between your pecs, I don't have any crack in the middle of my chest but maybe I need to be very lean, which I never was except maybe when I was a child around 8 years old. I have never had a problem with them and they always worked. you can try http://photobucket.com you may have to create an account, i'm not certain. I'd suggest 1000 kcal more every day and you'll get a lot stronger in no time. You can't build muscle fast if you're not eating enough. Go nuts, I did that and it worked great for me. tuc Posted April 21, 2008 Share Posted April 21, 2008 I agree it's hard to eat properly with low budget, but here in Finland where food is super expensive peanuts cost like 2-3€/kg and salty nuts 3-5€/kg and you only need 1kg/week to get huge amount of calories if you're eating properly otherwise. Great thing that you eat a lot. I started keeping a log of my weight in excel so I can draw neat graphs of my weight later on. Keep it going man, we all believe in you!
