This is about 3 weeks of progress, not a big deal, but I thought I share it

As you can see I have a bit of chest problems

no I don't really do pull ups, I will, I put behind my back the weights and push them up, hope I gonna gain muscles, I wanna show people here that you can be strong because you are a vegan, sometimes they pick on me that you are skinny and weak, and now your vegan? you gonna die, or something like this, lot of people look at me like a freak

Low body fat, nice definition, strong back.

 

No miracles yet but very good start. I'd suggest 1000 kcal more every day and you'll get a lot stronger in no time. You can't build muscle fast if you're not eating enough. Go nuts, I did that and it worked great for me.

I agree it's hard to eat properly with low budget, but here in Finland where food is super expensive peanuts cost like 2-3€/kg and salty nuts 3-5€/kg and you only need 1kg/week to get huge amount of calories if you're eating properly otherwise.

 

Great thing that you eat a lot. I started keeping a log of my weight in excel so I can draw neat graphs of my weight later on.

Just wanna ask, my left arm is a bit bigger than my right(I'm left handed), is this normal? because I don't see the difference on others

 

yes it is normal and totally natural. work your arms with dumbbells (each arm separately) to get a more balanced physique

Hey ChaserHun, don't worry too much about the chest separation. I have one that too and I worried for ages but I think lot's of folk have it.

 

Look at Gerard Butler in the 300 (Leonidas), he has one! Well at least...in this pic he does.

I'm not worrying about the separation, I'm deep-chested on the right side(not because the lots of msucles lol, because of the bones) and the left side is flat

I haven't posted any updates in the past.

I am doing Mark Laurens You re your own gym program, Finished the basics, now I'm in the 2nd week of the 1st class program

Still having some confidence issues becauseofmychest deformation, but someday I hope I get through it
