roxy87cabriolet
I am Cassie, not vegan yet, but trying to get there. I have been vegetarian with little-no egg and dairy for 1 year. I have been working out with cardio and weight training and am glad to have found this site. Raw foods are what I strive to eat everyday, as well as eating multiple meals (more than 2, anyway), but as a teacher with a 2 year old at home, time escapes me. I love the aspect of planning and preparing meals, but time is a threat to that, too, so prepared meals seem to sneak in without warning. Thanks for allowing me to join.Cassie
Im Your Man
Hi and welcome! Yes, planning and preparing meals in advance can be a full-time job. But, and especially since you like raw food, you shouldn't worry about this: fruits, or nuts, are not only "snacks", but meals. They contain carbs, proteins, fats, etc; all you need

hsorlando
Welcome. I know that planning meals is tough. It's the hardest thing for me to do. I imagine it's a lot harder when you have a 2 year old. Congrats on eating more raw foods, this is definitely something I need to do.
